Пришел с диагнозом "не включается". Индикатор не светится, на кнопки и пульт не реагирует. Проверил питания - все в норме, согласно даташиту. Сигнал PS_ON - 3.3v.  Обратил особое внимание на питание ОЗУ. Никаких аномалий не обнаружил. 1.5V стабильно, без пульсаций и скачков. Смущает лог.

Я так понимаю, неисправна оператива? Или я не прав?

Второй вопрос, если она неисправна, что могло послужить причиной выхода ее из строя?

Скажу сразу, резисторы 22 ома на шинах проверил, с ними все в порядке.

Оператива стоит - 2 шт. K4B4G1646E BCMA.

Да эту я видел. Поэтому питание оперативы проверил в первую очередь. Никаких нареканий к нему как-раз и нет.Это-то и смущает в первую очередь. Судя по логу, оператива молчит совсем. Но с чего она умерла - непонятно. Перекатать то другую можно. Вопрос - не улетит ли и вторая? Вот и пишу, может кто сталкивался.

@manjak На сайте PHILIPS есть обновление ПО (прошивка) для модели 32PHT5301/60. Версия 012.002.050.001 (файл 320.4 MB) от 28 мая 2018 г.

замени стаб и перекатай другую (как вариант
