Registration on the forum is possible after accepting our rules and conditions.
The language of communication at the KenotronTV conference is Russian!
Exceptions are the names of trademarks, device models, software products and device abbreviations.
General provisions
1. Registration on the KenotronTV forum is free upon invitation of active forum participants.
Each forum member must be active in solving repair issues and finding the necessary radio engineering information.
Only forum members can download all files on our forum.
You can download all files from our File Sharing Downloads for FREE! First, upload one file to us, then you can download one file! Equivalent exchange.
Files posted on our site from our resources, such as an exchanger or forum, are intended solely for personal use. Posting these files on other Internet resources is prohibited.

If you urgently need firmware or the exchange option does not suit you, then you can:
Make a request using the Feedback forum (the button is at the bottom of the forum) to get the desired firmware from the list available in our archive (be sure to specify a link to the firmware you need).
For lies, slander, and requests in private to give you firmware because you do not have access, you will be removed from the forum!
KenotronTV participant groups according to their forum status.
A participant's status is determined by their contribution to the life of the forum (number of messages, uploaded files, etc.).
The statuses are assigned automatically by the system based on objective criteria.
1. A forum observer is a user who prefers to passively observe discussions.
Forum observers who do not wish to actively participate in the forum have limited access to the forum.
If after registration the user does not write at least one message within a year, his profile is deleted from the Forum database.
According to paragraph 4.4.
Observers can be removed from the forum, with 0 messages, for a long period of time (more than one year).
2. A forum participant has full access to the forum and can download any files, subject to an equal exchange and mandatory commenting on each downloaded file. VIP members are required to leave comments when downloading files.
3. Forum Master - has full access and can download all files on our forum, be sure to leave a comment with each download.
4. ✯ VIP members are forum users who have made voluntary donations in support of the project, receive additional privileges, such as priority access to exclusive materials. When downloading files, VIP members are required to leave comments and comply with all KenotronTV forum rules.
1.1. These Rules are aimed at developing the Conference on Equipment Repair - a community of repairmen, radio engineers, programmers, specialists in various fields of electronics, willing and able to express their thoughts and adhering to the principle of mutual respect.
1.2. In these Rules, "Conference" (with a capital letter) means the KenotronTV Website located at https://kenotrontv.ru/
"Forum" (with a lowercase letter) means one of the sections of the Forum, for example, "Questions on repairing television equipment", "Programmers", "Satellite receivers" or "Household appliances".
2. The following is prohibited on the Forum:
2.1. Insults to participants, incitement of interethnic, interracial, religious, political hatred, derogatory statements about any country, people, religion, politics.
2.2. Use of rude and obscene expressions, including veiled special characters.
2.3. Publication of the same type of messages in several forums or other sites at once is prohibited.
Duplication of topics and messages, i.e. creation of several topics (messages) is prohibited
The use of red and blue colors in posts and signatures is prohibited on the forum.
Only moderators and the forum administration use these colors.
Advertising and self-promotion on the forum is prohibited except in cases when it is approved by the forum administration.
Publication of empty messages that do not correspond to the forum topic, abuse of uninformative messages.
2.4. Publication of messages that provoke flames, personal attacks and other processes harmful to any conference.
2.5. Registration under two or more nicknames.
2.6. Personal correspondence should be limited to no more than two or three messages per day, with a maximum of five emails. For more comfortable communication, please contact via email or private messages in Telegram.
2.7. Unauthorized moderation (including words like "stop it here", "time to close the topic").
2.8. Using obscene messages, terms, images and advertising of websites in signatures and avatars (the website is indicated in the profile).
2.9. Using only uppercase letters in messages (Caps Lock).
2.10. Public discussion of the actions of moderators (see paragraph 3.5.).
2.11. Using moderators' and administrators' symbols as an avatar.
2.12. Using transcription (jargon) of device models and other generally accepted concepts (skis, supra, pig, gnusmas, ...).

• Sections 2.3, 2.6 and 2.12 do not apply to the Technoflame forum
3. About moderators
3.1. Moderators and the Administrator monitor compliance with these Rules in the Forum. The powers of moderators extend to the forums assigned to them, the powers of the Administrator extend to the entire Forum.
3.2. Moderators are appointed by the Administrator after reviewing applications from applicants. Applications must be sent to the Administrator by e-mail or private message.
3.3. When a member posts a message that violates these Rules, the moderator of the relevant forum or the Administrator has the right to:
3.3.1 edit the message (for example, to make the "Subject" field of the message more informative or to cut out profanity or rude expressions)
3.3.2 delete the message
3.3.3 delete the topic
3.3.4 move the topic to another forum
3.3.5 close the topic
3.3.6 issue a warning to the member
3.4. If a participant violates these Rules, the Administrator (moderator) may decide to remove the user and (or) restrict their access to the Forum for a certain (indefinite) period.
3.5. Discussion of the actions of moderators and the Administrator in the Forum is prohibited.
Such discussion should only be done by e-mail or personal messages.
3.6. Moderators and the Administrator are required to comply with these Rules when publishing their own messages in the Forum.
3.7. Insulting Administrators and Moderators publicly and in personal correspondence is punishable by a ban.
Note:
• If you are sure that the moderator is exceeding their authority, contact the Administrator.
4. Registration and deletion of accounts
Accounts registered in violation of the rules (multiple accounts, offensive nicknames) will be deleted immediately.
Inactive accounts may be deleted after a long period of inactivity, but users can always register again.
4.1. It is forbidden to create multiple accounts on the forum.
You should fill out your profile adequately!
It is forbidden to register meaningless nicknames (for example: sw334yyrqzvw,******, 12345)
as well as to use obscene words, website addresses, e-mail addresses, etc. as nicknames.
4.2. Registration is required to publish a new topic in the Forum.
Unregistered users have the right to start topics only in the "Questions and comments on the site" forum.
4.3. If after registration a user has not written at least one message within one month, his profile is deleted from the Forum database.
In this case, the user can re-register at any time.
4.4. The Forum deletes members who have not written messages for a long time (more than one year).
5. Before creating a "New Topic"
5.1. When creating a new topic, a member must ensure that the "Topic" field of his message clearly indicates the topic of the message.
For example, a "Topic" field that looks like "Help!" or "Diagram" is not allowed.
5.2. Before creating a new topic, review the list of forums and make sure that you have selected the most appropriate section.
Please note that if you select the wrong section, you may simply not find your message.
5.3. Before clicking the "Send" button, you must check the spelling and punctuation, read your message again, correct errors, and make sure
that the message is composed completely and clearly.
The author must monitor the created topic at least once every two days and promptly and correctly answer questions posed by other Members.
6. After solving the problem
6.1. After solving their question or problem (repair, setup, etc.), the author of the topic is obliged to mark the topic as "solved" and indicate how they solved it.
7. Participants' rights
7.1. The participant has the right to create new topics and reply to existing topics, subject to the above rules and access to sections.
7.2. The participant has the right to send private messages to other participants, adhering to the above and generally accepted rules.
7.3. Contacting the forum administration.
In case of disagreement with the actions of the moderators, the participant has the right to contact the Administrator via a private message with a detailed and clear indication of the problem that has arisen.

The forum administration has the right to limit the user's rights without explanation, including complete disabling.
The forum administration reserves the right to edit or delete messages and topics without further explanation.
The rules may be changed or supplemented as necessary to improve the forum.
The administration reserves the right to change the rules without notice.
