ELENBERG CTV-1515 Нет настройки на каналы. Появляются обильные шумы с черной полоской. Нет настройки на каналы. http://www.kenotrontv.ru/files/file/2448-elenberg-ctv-1515/ После замены АР1513 , питание тюнера ,появились нормальные шумы на растре. Настройка возобновилась.
