Доработка PSU (уменьшение тока подсветки) разных моделей TV.

Пишем подробно,  обязательно с лично снятое фото, как  вы делаете доработку по уменьшению тока подсветки.

В своем сообщении указываем:

1.Модель телевизора

2. Модель PSU

3. Драйвер светодиодной подсветки

4. Участок схемы или фото платы где произведена или требуется доработка.

5. Показание амперметра до и после доработки по ограничению тока подсветки (фото миллиамперметра с показанием тока)

Перед публикацией обязательно проверьте нет ли уже точно таких же данных по доработке  PSU (уменьшение тока подсветки)

Если данные в теме уже есть не нужно их дублировать, пишем только если у вас другой способ уменьшить ток подсветки.

JVC LT-39M440

PSU:TV4205-ZC02-01

Подсветка выполнена на 4-х линейках, на каждой 11 однокристальных LED-ов 3528 3V. Произвел полную замену на аналогичные 3528 но для надёжности поставил двух кристальные. "Родной" ток составлял 303мА. В PSU используется драйвер AP3616M28-G1. Вывод

Начальный ток 567мА ,удалив  сопротивления

Установлено 6 резисторов общим сопротивление 0.7мОм, ток подсветки составляет 310мА.

Удалив резистор 2.2Ом, получаем ток 200мА.

2 планки по 44 диода, в каждой по 22 диода последовательно-параллельно. Начальный ток 289мА.

Для новых (40мА на диод) планок убираем старый резистор

Ток стал 81мА. В настройках режим "Динамический". При переходе в режим "Стандарт", ток программно урезается вдвое!!!
