Попытка считать NAND 29LV160CTIC-70G

Доброго времени суток! 

 

Прошу помощи в считании Nand 29LV160CTIC-70G

 

При попытке считать появляется ошибка Сhip ID does not match.

ID Сhip ID не совпадает в режиме NAND AUTO часто такое бывает.

И скорее всего это программный глюк)

Что я бы лично сделал и проверил.

Спиртом прочистил панельку, проверил обновление...

Ну и самый верный способ купил бы нормальный программатор ENTTили UFPI

Почему так категорично? 

Из личного опыты + проверка всех прошивок на форуме в нашем архиве файлов

Из 10 загруженных RT809H обязательно две три кривые прошивки.

И самое смешное что лог программатора пишет все ок!

ID Сhip ID не совпадает в режиме NAND AUTO часто такое бывает.

И скорее всего это программный глюк

А по весу дамп получается  3 Гб   в 200 мб   и в самом дампе 70%  00000 0000
