В колодке программатора смог снять полный дамп, заменил ЕММС на такую же. Далее я зашивал свои буты, различные чужие юзеры, чужие буты, чужие буты с восстановлением бэкапа платформы, разные универсальные дампы для восстановления, менял ЕММС на Хуникс, телек так и не стартует. Либо несколько раз перезагружается на логотипе, либо без логотипа, либо висит. Compressed data violation -- System halted Это уже не просто eMMC read error, а этап, где бутлоадер прочитал boot.img / kernel, передал на распаковку, и распаковщик получил битые данные. То есть сейчас загрузчик живой, TZK проходит, разделы читаются, но содержимое ядра/ramdisk некорректное. Что это значит по практике Обычно на QV14.1E LA это одно из трёх: битый / неподходящий boot.img от другой диагонали / board_number от другой ревизии шасси несовпадение подписи/структуры 2. битая DDR загрузчик стартует, лог идёт, а при распаковке ядра в RAM сыпется мусор типовой симптом: зависания в разных местах, разные логи, циклический ребут 3. неправильная разметка / смещение разделов bootloader читает не тот offset, попадает в мусор, пытается распаковать Что видно из твоего лога Очень важный момент: Сначала: Это скрытый контент, для просмотра сообщения Вы должны быть Участником форума. Либо: чужой дамп с другим factory_setting / fts конфликт данных в NVM подмешан чужой backup platform bootloader подхватывает разные параметры Для Philips это критично. Что делать сейчас 1. Забудь универсальные дампы На этой платформе они часто заводят логотип, но дальше стопорят ядро. Нужен родной full dump именно 49PUS7909/60 + та же main board + тот же panel config. 2. Проверить DDR Раз ошибка на unpack kernel — очень похоже. Смотри: питание DDR VDDQ VTT отсутствие пульсаций нагрев RAM Осциллографом питание RAM. Если просадка при старте ядра — всё ясно. 3. Проверить boot partition отдельно В твоём логе: verify boot image passed. Это значит заголовок читается. Но payload битый. Часто помогает: перезаписать только boot перезаписать recovery перезаписать system а не мешать куски разных дампов. Самый вероятный сценарий у тебя Ты намешал: свои буты чужие юзеры разные recovery backup platform В итоге загрузчик стартует, но kernel/rootfs несовместим. Что бы я сделал в сервисе Вариант А (лучший) Залить чистый FULL BIN с такого же аппарата. Потом восстановить: MAC серийник option codes Вариант Б Если full нет: стереть eMMC полностью прошить boot0/boot1/user из одного комплекта первый старт Дополнительно Если после родного full останется: Compressed data violation тогда почти наверняка DDR пайка / сама RAM / проц BG2Q отвал по памяти. На этих Philips бывало. На что не тратить время менять eMMC дальше смысла мало (ты уже менял) мешать разделы от разных дампов бессмысленно шить отдельно user data тоже не поможет Итог Сейчас проблема уже не eMMC как железо, а: либо несовместимый boot/system комплект, либо DDR ошибка. Мой процентный расклад: 65% кривой набор прошивки 25% DDR 10% проц/BGA Если скинешь маркировку DDR чипов на плате и точную main board с наклейки — скажу где копать по железу. Также могу подсказать какие разделы именно должны быть одинаковыми на QV14.1E LA. Kenotronbot — я подсказываю, но думать всё равно вам. Не перепутайте! Вашу голову пока что не заменили.
